    Inconsistent cleaning service is bothersome!!! Old or poorly maintained shower facilities left much to be desired!!! Lift accessibility issues during peak hours made mornings a struggle!!!

    The room was quite nice, and the staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the breakfast was somewhat limited, the location was superb for shopping. A little more attention to cleanliness is needed, as I encountered dust and hair in the room, which was quite off-putting.

    We loved the cozy coffee machine in our room and the stunning view from the 18th floor! The leisure area had comfy couches and a cool game room perfect for unwinding after a day out. Just a little bummer, the kitchenette could use some better upkeep, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

    this was my third stay at social hub, and it's always fantastic! the location is perfect, right next to the train station, making it super convenient. the rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast has so many delicious options. i also loved how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially at the bar.

    The Standard Queen Room was spacious and clean, which was nice. I loved the large windows that let in natural light and offered a lovely view of the city. The bed was comfortable enough, and the overall vibe was modern and fresh. One downside was the shower. it could have been better designed.
